
We are looking for a driven and inquisitive candidate with a customer-oriented mindset. We are hoping to find an enthusiastic learner who is eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities / What you’ll learn :
- Assist in resolving clients’ day-to-day issues.
- Become the subject matter expert on Rho’s product.
- Support a productive and innovative team.
- Analyze client feedback and/or trends and translate them into actionable points.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Fresh graduate or Final year studies (Faculty of Philology or Faculty of Philosophy, as well as other humanities studies preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt.
- Driven, proactive, curious, and a fast learner.
- Team player.
A big plus is an experience with:
- Any previous customer-facing roles (part-time teaching, service industries, etc.).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- New client onboarding
- The internship is paid, full-time, and will last for 3 months, with a possibility of becoming an employee at Rho after that period.
- Working hours of 5pm to 1am, Monday to Friday
