Your responsibilities:

  • Performing operational tasks, mission-critical activities and department processes regarding Car Fleet, Services activities etc.
  • Department and Team costs follow-up using internal financial system and provide all necessary financial and non-financial reports
  • Registering internal documentation
  • Placing and follow up all departmental decisions and contracts
  • Fully autonomous operational work in administration process
  • Ensure that tasks and initiatives are delivered on time, and with highest quality

 

For a good start you will need:

  • Bachelor or master
  • Analytical skills
  • Fluency in English language
  • Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point,Sharepoint)
  • Self-organized personality
  • Team-player skills with ability to work through others, collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proactiveness with “can do” attitude
  • Integrity, trustworthiness, dedication and hardworking
